The history of the hotel dates from the mid-nineteenth century when it was known as the Osteria della Marinetta, and ever since then it has been renowned for the excellent food and wine and the goodness and simplicity of its local recipes which have become the hallmark of our restaurant.
The blend of historic tradition with the excellence of local ingredients is represented by dishes like chestnut flour gnochhi in walnut sauce, pappardelle al pesto with potatoes and green beans, rabbit casserole with olives and pine nuts, and the white and red wines of Val di Vara, like the Vermentino DOC Colli di Luni and local sweets such as the cake made with Sciacchetrà, the delicious sweet wine of the Cinque Terre.
Our passion for authentic flavours and attention to the dietary needs of our guests are recognised with dishes recommended for vegetarians, coeliacs and other special requirements: here you can sample the delights of regional cuisine that respects your nutritional needs.
